Dining at Dhigali Maldives
Dhigali Maldives offers eight unique dining outlets, each delivering a distinct culinary experience from Teppanyaki and Mediterranean fine dining to vibrant Asian flavors. Using fresh organic ingredients from our garden and local farms, our chefs create dishes that are both authentic and indulgent. Île de Joie, our over-water wine cellar, completes the experience with an exclusive wine and cheese journey, while our team gladly accommodates all dietary requirements.
East
Admiring the horizon with a glass of bubbles at East Bar is a part of the Dhigali lifestyle. Here, exotic cocktails, premium wines, chilled beers and light bites are served in a beachfront setting that feels relaxed by day and sociable by night.
Faru
Faru brings the Mediterranean to the Maldivian shoreline. Flame-grilled seafood, prime cuts, and vegetarian options are prepared in simple, elegant style, allowing flavours to shine against the open-air backdrop of sand and sea. By day, the setting is light and breezy; at night, sunsets melt into starlit dinners by the shore.
Jade
Jade brings Asia’s spirit to the island with soulful plates alive with spice, texture, and colour. A homage to rich culinary traditions, Jade is a contemporary take on Pan-Asian cuisine where flavours of the orient are creatively combined with the freshest locally sourced ingredients.
Pizzeria
Tucked into the greenery between Haali Bar and Faru, our pop-up Pizzeria serves handmade pizzas with both traditional favourites and creative toppings. Order your pizza fresh from the oven, then take it away to enjoy in your own perfect spot — on the beach, beneath the palms, or wherever the island leads you.
Haali Bar
A bird’s nest cradled by tropical green at the western tip of the island, Haali Bar is designed for golden hour. Settle into a beanbag and sip an exotic cocktail, a crisp wine, or a chilled beer as you watch fiery hues light up the sky. A live saxophonist adds to the magic — making Haali Dhigali’s most unforgettable sunset spot.
Café
Café is your relaxed island stop for coffee, snacks, and easy bites throughout the day. Enjoy expertly brewed coffees from around the world alongside freshly baked pastries, cakes, and light dishes — perfect for a mid-morning pick-me-up or an afternoon pause.
Battuta
Battuta celebrates the journeys of Ibn Battuta, a 14th-century explorer who once roamed from Tangier all the way to the Maldives. Inspired by his path across North Africa, the Middle East and Asia — each dish is a soulful retelling of history, crafted into an unforgettable dining experience.
